Camino LVS

Long Sault, Ontario

2020-2023

Camino LVS is advancing the Camino Inland Port at Long Sault, a 680-acre master-planned intermodal logistics village strategically located along the Highway 401 corridor, with direct access to the CN Rail mainline and proximity to the St. Lawrence Seaway. Anchored by a planned 50-to-100-acre rail yard, the project is envisioned as a major logistics and employment hub that leverages Long Sault’s connections to regional, national, and international transportation networks.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, Re:Public led the master planning and land use approvals for the multi-phase development, carrying the project from its broader development vision through the approvals required to enable implementation. This included securing Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Control approvals for six contiguous properties forming the first phase of the logistics village, establishing the planning framework for the project to move forward.
